FixUp Data Deletion Instructions

Option A: In-App Request
If available in your app version, use the account deletion option in Settings.
Option B: Email Request
Send an email to rkql1109@naver.com with subject line: Delete My FixUp Account.
Please include:
- Your account UID (if known) or registered phone/social login identifier
- A short confirmation that you want permanent deletion
What We Delete
- Profile data, friend/fix-up related records, and app account records associated with your account
- Stored profile photos and related app content where technically and legally feasible
Retention Exceptions
Some data may be retained if required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security obligations.
Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
