FixUp Data Deletion Instructions

Effective: March 13, 2026

Option A: In-App Request

Use the in-app Delete Account flow if you want to remove your account.

Path: Profile > Delete Account

Option B: Email Request

Send your request to contact@withroy.com with subject line: Delete My FixUp Account.

Please include:

• Your account UID if known, or the phone number, email address, or social login tied to the account.
• A short confirmation that you want permanent deletion.

What We Delete

• Profile data, friend and fix-up related records, and app account records associated with your account.
• Stored profile photos and related app content where technically and legally feasible.

Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained if required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety records, or security obligations.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
